Human Sans was designed by Tim Radville.

I am currently the Head of Brand Experience for Other Tomorrows (othertomorrows.com), focusing on using human-centered design to create holistic brand experiences that reach across touch-points and between customers and employees. Previously I led the Brand Design and Strategy group at EPAM Continuum.

I believe that brands thrive when they align their experience with a purpose grounded in the values and aspirations of their customers and employees. My work is powered by a love of learning—always striving for a greater sense of empathy, a deeper insight, and a more powerfully designed solution.

During my career I have built impactful customer and employee experiences for clients such as Verizon, Barclays, Barilla, Diageo, GE, Bradesco, Hertz, Unilever, Dell, Hilton, and Southwest Airlines. My work has been internationally recognized, receiving awards from Fast Company, Industrial Designers Society of America, Service Design Network, and Core77 including an IDEA Gold and a SDN Best in Private Sector award for service design.

I received my BFA from Syracuse University with a major in Communications Design. Currently, I live in the Boston area and when I’m not obsessing over brands I am focused on being a foodie, a photographer, a mentor to my team, an amateur woodworker, and a Lego master with my two sons.
